I have been going over a little bit on my protein for the past couple days. Is this going to make me gain weight?

Only if it put you over your number of maintenance calories.

Not as long as you are still under your daily calorie intake. Anyway, I try and fill my day with mostly protein and healthy fats...but I stay at a calorie deficit if I am trying to lose...

Thank you! I still have quite a bit of calories to go for today.

A lot of us treat MFP's default protein goal as a minimum to go over every day rather than a maximum to stay below. Calories are king for weight loss. As long as you're within your calorie goals, you should be fine. Macros (protein, fat, and carbs) can help with things like hunger, body composition, and general health, but the goals MFP gives you for those are just one possible option. It's a guideline, not a hard and fast limit.

I think of my protein goal as a minimum (along with fiber). MFP set mine very low.
