I am 5'2", 117 lbs and over 50 with a small frame, I maintain at 1300-1400 calories per day. I mainly walk 30 min-1 hour per day. If I do more exercise, I add more calories, but try not to go over too much otherwise I gain for sure.

I'm 5'1, turning 40 soon!!! I lift 5x a week and also run 5x a week. I'm training for a marathon so my calories are between 1800 and 2000. When I was on my weight loss journey I was at 1300-1500 but still lifting 5x week with 2 cardiovascular sessions 2x week.

    Me: 5'2", 39, 120 lbs

I'm still trying to figure out what works for me. I burn about 300 calories per day working out (cardio & weights) and was trying for 1700 calories/day, but was still losing. Not as quickly, but still losing. I upped my calories to 1800 and will try that for a couple weeks to see how it goes. I would say trying to stay between 1600 and 1900 will work, but still working out the details on that. I do usually allow myself to indulge/not count calories one day each weekend so that always has to be taken into consideration for me during the week.

    5'2", 24, ~14.5% body fat, 105 lbs.

I stretch pretty intensely at least an hour every day and do aerial silks 3 or 4 hours per week.

I aim for ~2,000/day and use http://www.health-calc.com/diet/energy-expenditure-advanced for the TDEE calculator, which seems to be fairly accurate based on feedback I've heard from others (and it's fun to play with the dials).

I only recently started counting because I was losing a bit of weight before and got sick a lot. Felt like my body was telling me that I wasn't getting enough food and that I was under recovering from working out, so I wanted to be a bit better about it.

I am 5'2, 47 years young and 138 lbs. On my training days, I eat between 1100-1300 calories. When I do Intermittent Fasting on my rest days, I eat between 800-1000 calories. I am still trying to body recomp though so this is only temporary. I could maintain at around 1200 calories.

I'm 20 and about 5'2. It varies, but for active days, I have to eat 1700-2100 calories to maintain my 108-114 lb range, and more like 1300-1500 for really inactive days, which is what my Fitbit Charge HR is telling me to eat.
10k steps in a day ensures about a budget of 1600-ish calories.

5'1" and I maintain at 1400 calories. I eat back about 1/2 my exercise calories. I eat 1200 to lose about 1/4 pound per week, more if I exersize but I'm down to my last 10-ish pounds, so I'm not pushing anything hard.

    eta: Oh, and I'm 44.

5'1" weight is 106 and I maintain on around 1500, MFP says 1370 and I am (unfortunately) definitely sedentary due to worsening health issues, I find if I eat the 1370 I lose 0.5 pounds per week, that was handy when I indulged heavily on my hubby's 40th and did gain a genuine 0.5 pounds because I ate the 1370 for a week and it was gone but if I want to maintain I need a little more, I am 39.

    5'1, 106lbs and 34 years old.

I maintain on 2000-2500 calories per day. Usually it's around 2250 or 2300. On lazy days like today...2000 to 2100. On more active days 2400-2500. Some days in between.

I'm pretty active. I wear a Fitbit Charge HR and take over 20K steps per day. Even on days I don't exercise. I lift heavy 3 days a week and do cardio 5 times a week. I also work on my feet and do a lot of running around at work. And I have a 19 month old little boy. And housework.

Thanks all a good variety of numbers here guess it really does depend on how active you are. I would hate to have to eat 1200 to maintain though x
