I very rarely eat boxed cereals due to the high sugar content. When I do eat it, I choose Kashi Autumn Wheat or Kashi 7 whole grain flakes.

There are 4 grams of sugar in each teaspoon. Look at the nutrition panel of boxed cereals. Most contain 3+ teaspoons of sugar in a single serving. And if you were to weigh the serving on a digital food scale rather than using measuring cups, you would see how small an actual serving really is.

KASHI! How did I not find these sooner.

Cinnamon Harvest Bisquits (like cinnamon shredded wheat) or Warm Cinnamon (like cinnamon cheerios) - with a side of greek yogurt. Both are good with milk too.

Go Lean (original) mixed with Dannon Light & Fit yogurt, blueberries & almonds - Protein, fiber & good fat! This keeps me full all morning.

Honey Sunshine (like a WAY less sweet Captain Crunch) - good as a snack
