Don't worry, it could be for all sorts of reasons it happens to most of us at some point, you may have lost inches instead, check your food and water intake just to be sure you stayed on track and then just stay focused -who knows you may lose double next week x

Sadly or bodies are not machines! They adjust on their own timetable. Each and every body will go through the weightloss journey at its own pace. Some weeks your body won't lose anything. I've been at the same weight this whole week despite my eating choices. Don't let this street you!!! Keep up the good and healthy work!

    Because weight loss isn't linear.
    Because you ovulated?
Because you're about to get your period?
Because you ate a high sodium meal, something with soy sauce maybe?
    Because weight loss isn't linear.

Because weight loss is not a linear function...weight loss and weight management in general is about trends over time. You're going to have some weeks with larger losses, smaller losses, no losses, and even gains. You have to look at the trend and average over time and get your expectations in line with reality.

I didn't lose any this week either, but it's my tom, so I expected that. Generally I find if I have a week I don't lose or only lose a little it's followed by a bigger loss a week or two later. I track my weight on a spreadsheet and my average is 1.1 lbs a week and that includes some weeks when I gained or didn't lose. It helps me kept focused knowing it balances out.

Try measuring. More likely to see results in body measurements more frequently than the scale. Alternatively, don't worry about it so much and just keep working.
