Hows this for a NSV?!

I started using the c25k app on my phone a few months ago.
When i first started Week 1, Day 1, it was 8 x 60 second jogs. I barely made it 30 seconds. It felt like forever.
Yesterday i started Week 7, Day 2 and after the 25 min jog without stopping went by.. i jogged through the 5 min cool down and then continued jogging for an additional 25 min!
Thats passed 5K! I was super excited!
