Well.. Mine changes every other month . For a while it was cucumber sandwiches with a lil salt and pepper with some butter. It's a delicious low-cal snack or meal if you make it with different breads.

Right now, however, dry fry tofu with sauce and a side salad is my meal I'm dreaming about! I love how the tofu creamy and custardy in the middle and chewy on the outside :D

we have tacos probably way to much.. change up between shredded chicken, beef, and potato. We also eat itslian breaded chicken breast, risotto, and a veg a couple times a week too. Not because we dont like other foods its just our favorite.

Those are pretty wide open parameters OP. Are you looking for any specific types of recipes (vegetarian, low carb, etc), are you feeding just yourself or more (significant other, kids, etc).

I try to make meals that will either have leftovers or that I can repurpose into something else. I might make a pork shoulder in the crockpot one day with mashed potatoes and vegetables, then shred it with bbq sauce for pulled pork sandwiches one night, then add Mexican spices and lime juice to the leftovers and have carnitas for another meal. These are the things that I like best!

Go to food would be either Sichuan or Thai with Tofu or Shrimp. Another would be broiled salmon/trout/char with herbs from the garden.

I like so many things that there isn't much I repeat frequently. I always keep fresh fruit around and try to go with things that are in season. So it has been lots of oranges for the past few months. Now Strawberries, blueberries, Pineapple grapes and honeydew. I buy a selection of fruit and cut it up and store it in 200 gram portions in storage containers to grab when I want a snack.

    Things I do more often:

    Fruit and yogurt

Banana with 1/2 cup of ice cream

    Crackers and good cheese

Popcorn with a few different variations of topping, Chilli powder and cumin, Cajun spice or brown sugar and cinnamon are my favorites.

    Cottage cheese and green olives.

    Pickles

    Pudding cups

I would say in our rotation of meals Spaghetti bake, cubed steaks with mashed potatoes and tacos are our most repeated meals. Besides the tacos non are low cal but, I prelog so I make them fit.

Chicken fajitas. I make them on Monday and eat them all week for dinner...at least once a month. Monday with a tortilla like a true fajita, then I use the leftovers in different ways...a rice bowl, lettuce wrap, quesadilla, or in a salad.

I often eat yogurt, leftovers, cereal or fruit for breakfast. Lunch is a sandwich, salad or dinner leftovers. Snacks are things like popcorn, fruit, carrots, celery, broccoli, yogurt, deviled eggs, cheese, or trail mix.

I find food ideas on pinterest all the time.

I've become obsessed with bruschetta. I make mine with fresh tomato, basil, mozzarella, garlic, a touch of olive oil, and kosher salt. So good with freshly made whole wheat pita bread. Could eat for dinner tonight, but tonight is pizza night. :)

Salsa chicken. Take 4 or 5 good sized chicken breasts, put in a crockpot with a jar of salsa (I use mild as I'm the only on in the family that likes spicy food), and then add water to make sure the chicken is covered completely. Turn it on low in the morning when I leave for work. By 5PM the chicken is cooked and ready. Pull it out, shred it, add some of the leftover salsa in the crockpot and mix. Serve on salad or make tacos. One of my favorites.

I love tacos. I also really love to make bake tilapia. I prefer salmon but the tilapia is cheaper. I season them with a little butter and Morton's nature's seasonings. I pretty much use that for everything since it is easy and perfect blend of seasonings. I always add extra garlic though because I love garlic.

I also really like to make some burgers with garlic, onions, an egg, nature's seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce. They are yummy.

All sounds delish! I will have to look into the Nature's Seasoning...never noticed it before. Thanks for the ideas and I am also a garlic lover...pile it on!

I like fajitas with chicken, onions, and peppers. Also, there is a one pan mexican quinoa recipe I really like (http://damndelicious.net/2014/04/09/one-pan-mexican-quinoa/) and is my current obsession. So quick, easy, and really flavorful!

I marinate sliced chicken breast in fat free Italian dressing overnight, pat it dry, coat it lightly in almond flour, then bake for about 10 minutes at 450 degrees. I will make this with either baked sweet potato fries or smashed red potatoes tossed with butter, Parmesan cheese, and garlic salt broiled just until the tops are crispy. It's a 20 minute meal that my husband and I could literally eat that every single day and never get sick of. Dip it in a little ranch
