Down ten since last week but 8 since the beginning weight I gave you! Woohoo! I'm at 381.

Sorry it is so late, I met a friend after work at the gym for a new pilates class! Boy I felt that burn, but it was great.
My new weight is 168. I think last week I was 172...so 4 lbs lost.

For me, I am just taking in fewer calories and making sure they are not high in refined sugars, picking the good carbs - high fiber foods. I am working out 6 days a week whether it is strength training or cardio but changing it up a bit.
Everyone is different on the way their body responds. The key is higher metabolism, lower calories (or having a deficiancy in your calorie intake) but how your body responds is going to be different then mine.
Just keep doing what you are doing and it will happen. You are doing great!0
