Hi, I have a question. Can I still get toned using a 3lb dumbbell? my doctor said I can't lift heavy because I have scoliosis but I DO want to have toned arms. does anyone use 3lb or 5 lb dumbbells to get toned? do you get good results?

you don't have to do heavy lifting to see results; if you're using lighter weights/doing bodyweight exercises, repetitions are your friend and that's how you'll see progress.0
