When I have been out and moving around all day and ate literally nothing but some coffee with skim milk?

I was 212 this morning and now I'm 214 I consumed literally nothing of any calories and was walking around all day

I am quite literally like 2-3 pounds heavier after the gym because I drink so much water AT the gym even though I go to the gym fasted. Coffee still has volume y'know ;)

You aren't as dehydrated as you were first thing in the morning.

    1. Why are you weighing twice a day?

    2. Why have you had nothing but coffee today? (Please eat.)

Even if you just had coffee and water, they weigh something. Stop weighing more than once a day. It serves no purpose.

The weight of the world is on your shoulders and it turns out the world is really light.

You didn't you shouldn't take your daily weight into consideration. Weekly is more accurate.

Your body fluctuates. I weigh as soon as I wake up. If I wait another hour without food or water my weight will be up a few more oz.

I can gain half a pound in 10 seconds. I get on my scale, get a weight, get off the scale, reset it, get back on and there is a half pound difference. How did I change that much? Is it because I gained muscle twitching my foot waiting for the scale to reset?
