How often to you weght yourself?

I weght myself once a week on Thursday at 6 am.

    I pretty much weigh myself every day but only count Saturday at 9 am my actual weigh in time!

    Every day...sometimes more than occe a day. But I only count the morning weigh-in. It is really interesting to see how my body fluctuates.

    Weighing myself alot works for me as a motivator...I need to see those numbers as a form of rewarding my behavior.

    Different methods work for different people. :)

    i also weigh myself everyday. i hear you arent supposed to, but i like to. it helps me see my fluctuations on how much i shouldn't have eaten that day, how much more water to drink tomorrow, and helps me feel better when it drops a little bit over a day. encouragement! however, i only weigh-in on friday and log it. haha. but its up to you. do whatever you feel!

    I don't. If I weigh myself I get fixated on losing weight and end up crash dieting.
    I make different goals for myself, like to get in the habit of running 5 days a week.

    I weigh myself everyday right after I wake up and use the bathroom. Bad habit but I am losing so it's ok. Haha

    The last time I weighed myself was for work back in March...I've been contemplating weighing myself every 1-2 weeks at the gym, but not totally sure if I want to or not. I'm afraid I'll become too preoccupied with the number. I guess the only way to find out is to try it for a month or 2!

    every few days......seeing i've lost a pound or two and not gained weight keeps me motivated and tells me I'm eating the right amount etc.

    I'm guilty of weighing myself everyday. BUT it is first thing when I wake up so it's accurate. It helps me to keep myself in check. When ever I want to over eat or eat something bad, I imagine how I would feel stepping on the scale in the morning and seeing a gain. Temptation defeated lol.
