Over carbs

First time over my self allotted 20 or under carbs...in defense it is total carbs, but got to 23. Darn pizza sauce, on a snack, that wasn't even great tasting.

    Don't sweat it.
    Staying under your daily calories is the secret to losing weight.
    Does not matter what diet plan you follow.
    I'm high good carbs and losing easily.

    I went over today too, by 37... I had brown rice so that added a lot. Also had Dreamfield spaghetti, and that's a lot of carbs, but it does say to minus fiber (so in dreamfield's case -5) and then it says minus protected carbs? (which would be -31 carbs) so there are a total of 5 digestible carbs, making the "total" 5, but seems to good to be true anyway lol. (It's my father's pasta because he is diabetic, but I love it too lol. His numbers are still better with whole wheat pasta however.)

    But no big deal going over once or twice, once in a while, especially only by three!
