So I have had a my fitness pal for a while. As one can see...I am all over the place. I need to get back on track. This past weekend I have been binging, totally losing all progress I have made at the gym. Anyone have tips on how to stop the negative thoughts? I know a few days here and there are okay....but it a really bringing me down. Need motivation next week!!!

For me, working toward something positive is 1000% more effective than beating myself up and trying to *not* do something. What I mean is, instead of concentrating on stopping the negative thoughts, find something positive you can work toward - fitting into a shirt that is just a tiny bit too tight, or hitting a step goal for the day. It leaves less room for the negative gremlins to start poking at me when I have something small to move toward.0
