I started about 10 days ago, down about 3 lbs so far. Wanting to lose 100 lbs, maybe more. Hard to tell just how much is good since I'm basically carrying around another woman...& my back feels it. Doing it for health reasons this time (yup another 'been there done that' on all the diet programs) - fortunately getting support from family this time around. Some days are tougher than others, but at least I've started.
