Logging Strength Training and P90X

So I was just wondering...
the p90x plus strength days are more like circuit training, and maybe a little cardio (i definitely get out of breath at times and VERY sweaty, not that sweating has anything to do with calories burned).
Anyway, i have been very bad at going to get a heart rate monitor (i keep saying i'm just gonna go buy one, and then when i'm out, i forget... too impatient to order one, though i'd probably have one by now if i did). Hopefully I'll stop by Sports Authority tomorrow IF I REMEMBER. I'll be in the area (tomorrow is trader joe's day and they are very close to each other haha)
my question is, UNTIL i actually get the HRM, should I log the strength days as strength training (says I burn 150 calories for 35min) or circuit training (358 for 35 min). I've read that the estimates are pretty high for circuit, but I KNOW i burn more than 150 when I do those DVDs. Having it say I've only burned 150 from my exercise is basically like saying i didn't exercise and therefore gives me this guilty feeling that i need to do something else (and i really would rather not feel like i have to work out out of guilt... especially when it was a TOUGH work out).
hopefully that makes sense, i'm in a crunch for time so i had to be quick!
thanks!

I usually burn between 600-900 during my P90X workouts.
I would definitely invest in a heart rate monitor. Takes all the guessing out of it.0 -
