    I use RepCount to track my workouts. Happy Scale for weight but I don't actually like it that much. I used the Strong Lifts app when I did that program and though it's not really about the app, I thought they did a good job with it and it was really easy to follow since I didn't need to calculate the lifts on my own.

    MapMyRun. (Not limited to running, by the way; also great for walking/cycling. Tracks mileage, routes, pace per mile, and elevation. Syncs with Fitbit and MFP, too.)

    Happy Scale for weight. Sloth to motivate me to do things (including cardio). Clue to track my period. Evernote for recipes.
