I'm doing some great things for myself I started Herbalife and I eat better.
Well I'm a mom of two boys I youngest is 2 I Justi gained weight and kept on it got real sad

    I do 2 shakes per day, tablets, have snacks throughout the day. I tend to have a shake and some eggs before noon and another shake around lunch with a healthy meal. My snacks have protein as well. I'm down 18-20lbs sonce mid February. My kids love them and my husband starts Monday. :)
