How to stay motivated to eat more ?

    1. look at the food, then look at the reality that the onlything keeping you from your goals is that plate
    2. after you pick up the fork an take the first bite that fork better not leave that hand til the last bite is done

    Stop fearing of fat. Lift heavy, eat in a surplus

    If I've hit a wall and just can't eat anymore but haven't hit my goal, I simply look at my first progress pic, what all my first lifts were, and then take a look at my most recent. Generally that's enough to be like "*kitten* yeah time to get big!"

    Eat food that is interesting but healthy. If what you are eating is boring then when you become full you will feel less likely to push through it. Think of it the same as being in the gym. That one last rep, it is going to be hard but it is going to be worth the struggle. Make it take it...
