First Day So Far

First day so far and I think I'm doing OK. I'm Australian and live in the bush if you think the spelling is a bit odd! My goal is to drop off 25 kilos (50 Lbs) today thought I'd start with a normal eating day as a base line. The food diary is interesting. I dont eat a lot of packaged procesed foods as I love to cook, and the dta base dosent as yet have an area for home made stuff, but rather than stopoping I'm just checking the box that is nearest to, so I'll get a feel of the kilojules.
I dont spend a lot of time on the computer, but I'm pretty keen at the moment.
