I need new motivation to change up both my diet and exercise. Trying to get out of the same foods routine and needing to lose 30lbs. Any new healthy ideas let me know!

    Does this scorpion sting? Lol. Yes just be very strict with your calorie count and avoid any sugary junk food, and you should naturally drop weight. But if you want to drop sooner, start working out and cardio. Be sure not to avoid the weights, I know most girls don't like to do weights. Good luck ;)

    Hard to know what routine you have with not having your food diary set to open would be good.
