I'm currently doing one of the following a day: T25, 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels, jess wallis- look at me now, U-tube for legs and tummy and a gymnastics stretch before and after every work out!!

Is anyone else just working out at home?? I also have added light leg weights just to make my muscles work a little harder!!

Can anyone recommend any good slimming DVDs?
How well have they worked for everyone so far??

I love Jillian's No More Trouble Zones, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and Six Week Six Pack. Those three are my favorite and I have tried most of her workouts. 30DS is a great one too, but I think the three I mentioned about are harder workouts for when you want to push your self a bit more.

Beachbody workouts are quite good. So are Jillian Michaels and you can check free workouts such as fitnessblender and Jessica smith

I have just started T25 I like the idea of not having any equipment. So far I have done day 1 and found it not too bad, but I have been doing mostly the modifier. The other thing is I have no rhythm, some of the moves I find a little bit tricky but then I am sure I will get them eventually.

I train at home using Liveexercise.com, it's a subscription service but has great content...everything from yoga, stretching, cardio, body weight, kettle bells, Dumbbells, resistance bands etc etc. YouTube is a good source of content as well.

A good cardio workout is the Natalie Cassidy ones. I am currently doing T25 Gamma, having finished Alpha and Beta. Jennifer Ellison is quite a good one too.
