I am new here and my first day is already a big fail !!!!! I really don't know how to do it with only 1300 calories... Happy Easter guys !

    No failure, minor set backs. You can do it. Watch labels and weigh food and 1300 cal is very achievable. I started at 1200 with a cheat day about every 10 days.
