Silly question about water...

Just curious... if I use water to make a protein shake, should I count that as part of my water intake for the day? I just made one for lunch using 16oz. of water... so should that be counted as 2 of my 8 cups? Just wondering if I need more water since I am drinking like crazy and peeing ALL day/night....

    I do the same thing with a lot of drinks. I don't count is my water seeing as how SOOO many drink/food products contain water. Then they're not really water anymore, haha. It's really your choice. The more natural water the better!

    Dont worry about tracking water drink till you pee clear then keep drinking. 8 cups is the bare min. you should consume

    i dont count the water i use to make my protein shakes.... i just count the water that i drink plain :)
