When Do You Charge Your Fitbit Flex?

When do you charge your Fitbit? Do you do it when you are asleep? How long does it take? Also, how often?

    I have a Fitbit One. I've set up the app to email me when the battery is getting low. I charge it overnight or for a couple hours while sitting around in the evening. Usually about every 7-10 days. Each model is prob a little different.

    I get an email alert when it's low,. The app and website will also tell you when the battery is low.

    I had the flex (the one that they said you could shower with). I charged it randomly. I have the charge HR now. I have the charger in the bathroom. I charge it daily while I shower, and every few days I leave it charging while I get ready.

    I also have the app that lets me know when it's low.

    I charge mine a couple times a week during evening tv or movie time.

    I charge my charge HR like an above poster, during my daily shower.
