What other wellness apps, if any, do you use? Do you have a favorite product, webpage, magazine, book, blog or Facebook page that you feel have helped you to get where you are today?

Nothing really, Just MFP, a food scale, my step counter and a treadmill. Oh, and Netflix for when I'm on my treadmill. My mindset is the only thing that has gotten me where I am today.0

Fitbit, food scales, food diaries, consistency, and patience.0

I enjoy the Fitness Blender workouts on Youtube, but other than that I just use MFP to keep track of everything.

If you're talking about motivation I would say what has helped me the most is past pictures of myself when I was at my heaviest. I also frequent a few health related blogs and websites just to sort of keep me in the proper mind set.
As far as tools go, I just use MFP and my food scale.0 -
MFP and fitbit when I had one helped me get started. Couch25k taught me to run. Strava now helps me figure out new running routes. But the number one thing that has helped me is changing my relationship with food. Instead of using it for comfort it is now nutrition.0

1) THE FOOD DIARY. Seriously. It's my number one key to success. I can't pretend that food is calorie-free when I have to write it down.
2) The MFP community. People here are so inspiring and helpful, and I can never lose motivation when I read through these threads.
3) My Fitbit Charge HR. Maintenance is much easier with technology to assist, and the challenges are fun to complete.
4) Positive surroundings and a strong love for myself.0 -
