Looking for motivated friends to get fit and lose weight

Hello there,

I've been on a journey of weight loss since January 1st. The good ole New Years resolution bit. I joined a weight loss challenge, losing 20 lbs in 6 weeks. It was a success for me. So I rolled into a second challenge. This time has been much more challenging. I'd appreciate some motivated friends to add as inspiration on my journey.

    Congratulations on your progress so far! You're doing great! I see you're finding the second challenge more challenging (hehe!) but you just have to remember that the more you lose, the harder it is to lose! But also that your body gets used to its workout - so whether it's upping the difficulty level, doing an extra minute or two.. every little bit helps! You're so close to your goal, just keep making healthy choices and remember that your body, mind and self deserves this change!
