Need motivation!

I have been doing really well recently, have been concentraing more on fitness than weight loss abut the weight loss has been moving in the right direction too! The problem is that i pushed myself too far too fast and now have tendonitus. My ankle is so sore and swollen that walking to the end of the road is a problem let alone exercise. Now i feel fed up and depressed without being able to exercise and keep craving junk food! Help!

Everyday I say today is it I have to get this weight off. Then I start eating mostly carb food and crave more.
Don't know what will get me out of this funk. I'm home on disability and joined the gym but hardly ever go even though I hate the way I look. Any suggestions would be appreciated.0
