I like pushing myself and enjoy the pain of it.0

I was very active when I was younger, especially while I was in the Military. Started having sever back pain in 08, and basically gave up. Finally got some relief for my back. I was tired of being overweight, and feeling like horrible.0

I eat too much.
And also because I got hooked on Triathlon.0 -
I don't work out but I do walk/run on the treadmill every other day. It relaxes me, gives me time to myself and helps me sweat toxins out of my cells/body.0

I enjoy surprising people when a petite "little girl" picks up heavy weights.
I found a passion for the gym.
Outdoors adventures are more fun when you are fit and can go longer.

Because I don't want to be the first to be eaten during zombie attack.0

Because eating 1340 calories a day just plain sucks, riding a bike is fun, and I feel like a badass when I lift big heavy things.0

I work out because I wish to live a long life. I wish to travel with my husband (that rec'd a new liver in 2014) and grow old with that man. I work out because it feels good. I do aqua aerobics and I feel powerful after!0
