The last time I had to watch my weight was in the military. I do think I've had weight issues all of my life, it just kept climbing. But since this lchf way of eating is working.

I've had problems all my life as well. Never really bothered me until I started seeing photographs and then I knew that was now not I wanted to be. I'm down 25 now. Still hanging in there. One day at a time. Every day is a new day so don't beat yourself up if you go over your limit cause a new day is coming.

    Welcome! Thanks for serving.
Not in the same boat but have to work at staying where I am consistently, especially as the years add up. Same steps in planning my meals and workouts.
    Very glad you're here!!!
