Ok so im back to do this and 100% commit to it I need help along the way any one willing to help me stay commented please add me. I want to be under 200 i was 212 and now im 205 but cant lose anymore. Please help me

    Hi there - looks like you're making good progress! The more you lose, the more your body gets used to the exercises you've been doing! You might need to find some new things to do, even as little as upping how long you do an exercise for, or the difficulty setting on a machine (if you're using any!). Don't get too bogged down on numbers and remember it's how your body looks and feels is what really matters! Here to support you if you need it! X

    Thanks very much I just found my perfect portion containers I got from walmart for 9.88 so im going to add them into eating

    Stay within your calories. That's your biggest focus and if you don't have one you may want to invest in a kitchen food scale. It makes a world of difference
