I wish I could keep reminding myself I need my fitness pal. I do really well drop the weight then give up on app and end up bigger then before. So I'm back again after gaining 40 pounds in 6 months.

    I have no idea how many times I've been "back"... Sometimes it doesn't even last a week. I hope I stay awhile this time. Good luck to you!

    Thanks good luck to you to :) I'm lacking the motivation all together. But hopefully I will find it been a hard road recently divorced and now a single mom of three small kids I need to get healthy for them
