Sick of weighting

Hi
I'm Rachel (29) from Washigton, I've never had a weight issue, always maintained a normal size, until I had kids. I knocked the weight off after my first child but with my second, who is special needs, the weight won't budge. The stress of a special needs kid I think plays a role but I keep making attempts to go big with some major routine only to find an impossible obstacle. I've decided to just take it one small step at a time (tracking food, workouts when there's time) and after a while the progress will appear. Slow and steady!
Good luck to each of you!

Good luck to you as well. Ever since my oldest was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes, I can't seem to lose weight and after basically maintaining within 10 pounds for several years, I am steadily gaining weight. May also have something to do with me hitting 30 this year, I guess. (Wah! ) I've decided I'll start with walking every day and logging. See how long that lasts.
