Looking for breakfast recipes, or any other food alternatives to eating out. I have little/some experience in nutrition. I love to eat and I want to stay full longer after eating.
Rock on!

I normally eat cottage cheese with a glass of milk for breakfast. If I have a snack, it's a protein bar. I eat spaghetti, lasagna, chili, egg whites, etc. I only have a protein shake immediately after my workout.0

I usually eat two scrambled eggs, a serving of turkey sausage, and a banana. If its a day I work out, I'll throw in some toast and make the eggs sunny side up (I like to dip the toast in the egg yolks), and eat a bigger banana for some extra carbs.0

Oatmeal with fruit0

I make a breakfast smoothie with 6 oz yogurt, small frozen banana, 3-4 frozen strawberries, tsp honey, tablespoon coconut oil or flaxseed oil and a little juice or skim milk. I used to add casein but was sensitive to too much dairy, so I advise whatever protein powder you can take.
Also, breakfast burritos are good and easy to take with you - 1 egg or 2 scrambled egg whites, 1 or 2 oz low fat cheese and whatever veggie you have( I like spinach) rolled in a tortilla.

If you have a protein shake as an appetizer, you will stay more satisfied with your meals.0

for breakfast I like to have a one egg or half cup of egg beaters and I mix in fresh vegies sort of like an omelet. I use salsa on it for an extra spicy kick and I also have a half cup of oatmeal along with it. That is my best go to protein and fiber packed breakfast. You can also look up breakfast quiches that you can have made ahead of time in a muffin pan. Then you can easily have a quick one minute meal as you head out the door. Look up breakfast quiche on betty crocker or food.com and modify the recipe to fit your tastes/low cal options. That is all I got for now.0

also get yourself a george foreman grill. that is the best appliance that I own and I use it often. You can make grilled vegies, chicken breast, etc on it pretty quick and the clean up is a breeze. Way better than going out to eat and having mystery calories as I call them.0

I'm boring and generally have the same things for breakfast every day - 1/2 cup of oatmeal with a bit of brown sugar and some cocoa powder to make it chocolately. It's like having pudding for breakfast and feels very indulgent, plus it keeps me feeling quite full until lunch. (It's quick and easy for me, too, because I weigh out portions for several days in advance and keep them in individual bags - empty into the saucepan, add milk and water, and cook!)
Sometimes at the weekend, if I have the time and a few spare calories, I'll make this instead:

Pancakes! Seriously, every time I have pancakes after a strong workout I lose weight. OK, it has only happened twice (2 for 2)... trend or a mirage?0

Thanx everyone for their morning routines for breakfast. Im definitely getting a grill for my veggies. I just realized I like asparagus.
Trying the other suggestions you guys posted later this week.0
