Starting Young w/ little support

Was sick of being the biggest girl in the room. Want to change that. I workout 5days a week and try to eat as healthy as I can. My family is not very supportive, bringing pizza, candy, and other junk food home. All the amazing people here inspire me to go for my goal! I wish you all luck on your journey as well!

    Bring in a caloric deficit is what loses the weight. You can have the pizza but limit the slices and have with maybe a salad. Weigh your food to get better estimates
