Working 12 hours a day

Ok so I work 12 hours a day most of the time 7 days a week. And not an office job where I have access to a microwave all the times but somes. So looking for easy snacks and lunches. And salad get old pretty fast. So some suggestions please

Can you tell us if you have access to a fridge. I found this guy on YouTube he has 5 cold food recipes that don't need heating up. I made the cold Quesadilla. It was pretty tasty. The name of the channel is FitMenCook. Cilantro, avocado, chicken, Bell pepper, tortilla, black beans (can), than grill it.
