I ve been playing yo-yo with my weight for the past year even if im a gym fanatic. Cant seem to be able to go below 165lbs so im trying something new! I ve never counted my calories intake and been doing it for the past week with MFP. Its going well! Hopefully i ll be able to see results....I am looking for MFP friends to keep me motivated and give me tips as well :smile:

    Add me as well! Definitely looking to create a support system that prevents me from cheating. I can spend all day at the gym and still blow it with my diet sometimes! Definitely need the support system!

    This will work. Shoot for ten pounds at a time. Log your calories your eating now. Just adjust your calories
    a little to drop ten. You will do it. Good luck.
