    Hello everyone :) here's what I was thinking for our challenge. Every day starting the first we will post our daily total steps taken. I would like for everyone to log their own step information for the whole month. I would also like everyone to add their total steps for the whole month and post their total steps here on may 1st. Keep in mind that the goal is to take at least 10,000 steps a day of course we want to take as many as possible. We are here to motivate and encourage each other through our weight loss goals. Also I have read everyone's comments and wanted to respond to some of them. It doesn't matter how you get your steps as long as you are getting them. So you can walk run hop skip and so on. Also if you do not have a step counter there are free apps you can download on your phone. All you have to do to join is post your information daily. I think I have addressed the questions that I have seen so far and I look forward to doing this challenge with everyone! Only 3 more days :)
