As of today I have 1 month until my wedding, I'd love to drop another 10lbs before then (was 6lbs but I gained on my bachalorette this weekend!). Any tips for giving it one big push before the big day? Exercise is limited for me lately as my hip dysplasia acts up if I do anythign more then walk.

my only experience is to watch my food intake. I would cut out sugar as much as you can. Make good food choices and keep your water intake going. My taste buds love sweets but my body doesn't. When I cut that out then I see a big difference on the scale. I'm sure the next month will go by fast!

I agree, walk as much as you can, and eat as clean as possble. No artificial stuff, only whole foods....and limit the sugar! Congrats on your upcoming wedding....so exciting!

Maybe just low carb it for a month! That will definitely drop the weight!

I'm afraid if you go too much in trying to lose the extra weight, you'll pass out or look really frail/tired in your wedding photos. You'll need your energy before all the stress of the big day kicks into high gear. You will be beautiful - but take care of yourself. Not only for your sake but for your future husband's as well.

be more cautious of food intake, especially because the last week you will be a maniac running around (literally or just in your head). Try not to eat after 7pm but make sure that your calorie intake is what it should be. Also, stay away from high sugar and salt. Good luck!

I wish I could do the not eating past 7pm thing but I don't get home from work until after that! I'm gone from 6:30 am to 7 PM, do you think that makes a big difference?

Eat whole foods, cut down on bread, pasta and anything else that makes you bloated. Drink plenty of water. As you are aiming for your special day, being especially strict with yourself might be easier as you have that goal in mind :)
