Hey Gordon! I'm not quite at 200, but I am at 122. I started off with a change in diet and supplementation. Once I lost the first 40 or so, I started at the gym. I started eating clean and trying to make any changes I could. I started choosing low sodium ingredients and lean meats (my favorite is low sodium turkey chili).
The best piece of advice I can give is that MANY people will give you advice. Not all of it will work for you. You just have to find what does and give it hell! You got this!0 -
Thanks for the advice my man i've cut down on alot of what i used to eat and cut out soda completely but what i find hard to do is exercises i can do to slowly start building muscle back to be able to go to gym again putting on like 300 plus pounds takes away alot that you can do lol0

I'm currently at 480, so I know what you are talking about. Diet goes first. Cut out all bad food. Eat healthier. Shed some weight then start slow. I can barely walk but I try to be as active as possible at home cleaning.0
