G for goals

Hey guys I'm Gabe from Phoenix,
I want to drop 60 pounds. I have used mfp before and was successful but gained it back due to getting to comfortable again. I need some motivation for sure. Hopefully we can do this together. I'm a light exerciser which needs to change. But I do walk alot for work which I think my body is used to. Feel free to add me and share ideas to get my engine and calories burning again!

    Hey, Gabe! I also got comfortable, but I gained back everything I had lost and then some. I want to drop at least 70 lbs. I'm new to MFP and the forums. Would you like to be my first MFP friend? I'll try and figure out how to send you a request.

    If you are burning a lot of calories walking at work then the answer is simple, you are simply taking in more calories than you need. MFP will be a great help in this area. Calories can add up quickly when we don't pay attention. I remember my first day on MFP, I ate 75% of my calories on breakfast. That was a big wake up call :)
