100 lbs down and 2 halfs in the books

I started my weight loss goals as wanting to loose 50 lbs I was 220 lbs at 5'3 after having 3 kids I am no down to 128 and wanting to shed my last 18lbs I started this with walking and eating healthier and nothing but water green tea and black coffee to drink slowly my walk became a jog and then a run I am now a pretty good runner. I've come a long way and I am very proud of what I've accomplished I just need to push ahead and finish my last few lbs.
