Hey!
I'm struggling to loose the weight I gained during my master's degree. It's hard. My BMI is now over 30 and I would like to get it down.
I'd like a place to vent and give support on a daily base.
I'm 40, mother of 3 and going to new carreer transition.

Anyone out there who feels like me that it is hard to loose weight but it is possible?
Or you know a group already active and accepting new members?

Please, let me know.

    Hi Neige!

You can do this. I'm also 40 and find myself looking for motivation and meanwhile motivating others--I push myself to do something to get fit.

    It's difficult but not impossible.

    You can do this!!! PUSH!!!

    :)

You can do this one step at a time, one change at a time. Make one change I your eating habits- remove sodas remove bread something, then add some exercise. Small steps equals to progress

Thanks for the support. I try one day at a time but I get easely discourage. I know it takes time and efforts (I've done it before) but when things don't move at all... I wonder why I do this.
