Calorie cize

I just ordered cize and love it! But does anyone know how many calories you burn doing the 30 min routine?

    Just finished Crazy 8s from Cize. Timed out at 31 minutes with a burn of 305. I wear weighted gloves and go all out:) Have fun with it!

    I burned 245 calories on Crazy 8s yesterday and 195 today. It came down to being more awake and having more energy when I did it yesterday so my HR went up more easily. So it varies depending on your energy level, how hard you go at it, and your weight. Give it all you've got and you will burn plenty- you don't stop moving the whole time!
