Buy a food scale. Use it. Log everything.0

If you eat low calorie foods you get to eat a whole lot more;)0

I learned years ago to use a food scale. Have i always used it? No. That's why I'm here, LOL. But measuring and weighing foods is always best!0

Exercise even if its only a little it all counts towards your goal, don't go too strick factor the occasional treat in to your plan.0

Make a plan, stick with it. Time takes time.0

Don't obsess about the scale. When the scale isn't moving it can be demoralizing but often other things are going on. Pay attention to how your clothes are fitting. How you look. How you feel. Look for NSV's (non-scale victories). There's a whole thread about those in the Success Stories forum. This will help you stay on track.0
