I eat a homemade Egg Mcmuffin with Canadian bacon, egg, and cheese on whole wheat English muffin pretty regularly. Its 305 cals with 19grams of protein.

Depends on how much protein you are trying to get and what other macros you are trying to hit/stay under. I'm on a 40/40/20 P/C/F split, so pretty low fat. My normal breakfast is 4 egg whites scrambled with mushrooms and spinach along with a side of fruit. ~22g Protein/22g Carb/1g fat - 164 Calories

    I follow that up with a mid-morning snack of greek yogurt and a low-fat cheesestick. 17g Protein/15 Carb/4g Fat - 150 Calories

Plain Greek yogurt, PB2 peanut-butter powder, fruit - 275 calories with a pear, more or less, and 28gm protein. Put it on cooked oatmeal for some extra carbs/fiber (114 cals for 1/3C dry, 4g more protein, 3g fiber), add some walnuts for healthy fats including omega-3s (92 cals/0.5oz, 2g more protein). But I'm an ovo-lacto veg - meat-y things will presumably net you more protein.

Canned Salmon in an omelet, with onions, jalapenos, etc. Yum.

You can hide unflavored whey powder in oatmeal, pancakes, etc, or smoothies. It tastes good enough.

    Fish and grits, of course!
