I just wanted to say hi to everyone. My new year's resolution was to get healthier this year. I know that my choices are what got me to this and only my new choices can give me that changes that I want. I noticed that I have to exercise every day a least a little to say within the calorie count that is suggested. My goal is to be healthier and skinnier by next year.
