Here's 2 easy meals to prepare for under 350 calories. I always have ground turkey. I brown them with NO oil. Just salt and pepper. Then I store them in the ref. In a jiffy I can make 2 of my go to meals.

1) scramble egg, put in pan with olive oil, when half cooked I put some ground turkey, sprinkle some salt, pepper, red chili peppers to taste (sometimes I also add cheese or red pepper ) served with microwaved or stove cooked organic cauliflower rice from Trader Joes plus steamed spinach.

2) Mix ground turkey with store bought organic marinara sauce and boil. Then serve over fresh or steamed spinach. I also sprinkle some cayenne pepper or red chili pepper.

Thanks for the ideas. What is cabbage rice? Don't have Trader Joe's. Is there something else similar to use, maybe cabbage?

Sorry I meant cauliflower. It's just grounded cauliflower. So if U have one of those Kitchenaid food processor u can ground the cauliflower to almost a rice texture. Blender can be used too but be careful not to grind them too much. It's a perfect rice substitute. I love rice! But when I was on a detox diet, white rice was a no no so I had to find a substitute. I love the cauliflower rice best when I cook it with a little bit of chicken broth for taste. It takes about 3-5minutes to heat it up and it's done. Here's a picture: i

You can also use a box grater (I like it much better than the food processor texture) or you can buy the Green Giant crumbles at Walmart or any grocery store.
