Tips or tricks?

Looking to see if anyone has any easy tips or trivks to lose weight. Mostly stomach. Ive been doing ab workouts but i feel like there isnt a big difference... Help please. Friends are also welcome so add away

You can't spot reduce.
You have to be consistent and be honest with yourself. You don't have to give up anything you like to eat, you just have to fit whatever you want to eat into your daily calorie budget. You can't outrun your fork.

Not exactly tricks, but prelogging/meal planning, eating regular meals, not depriving yourself, getting some exercise every day, reducing exposure to temptation, getting enough quality sleep, these things help you stick to your calorie deficit, which is what makes you lose weight. Oh, and you can't spot reduce.0
