Hydroxycut???

Has anyone tried hydroxycut along with diet and excercise to boost weight loss? If so what were your results? Good or bad? We're you able to keep the weight off after stopping the medication?

I lost 40 lbs over a year ago with hydroxycut. Took me about 4 months to lose 40. It helped with energy but that's really it. And I learned nothing about portion control or healthy eating because I just took the pill and ate like I always did.
So yes I lost weight but once I stopped taking them I gained it all back and then some because I didn't know how to eat in moderation. My advice is don't take pills. Work hard and eat right and the weight will come off and stay off. It's not just weight loss. It's a lifestyle. Gotta do something you can stick with for life
Good luck on your journey! You got this!
