I don't like very many food an lets just say the stuff I do eat is not good for you but I do exercise . Could I maybe get shakes to kill my hunger instead of eating stuff I shouldn't?

Shakes are better than eating food you think you shouldn't. Think about what you are eating, will you put the weight back on after you stop watching what you eat? Is it time to make a change?
Start with small changes
In the end shakes aren't all that bad0 -
Sometimes you can make the things you like better for you also. You don't have to change everything. Along the way you might find new foods you liked and didn't know about it.0

I tried using shakes as 2 replacement meals with snacks and a full meal and I lost 20 lbs in 2 months but because I didn't learn how to eat during that time I gained it all back with interest when I quit using them:/0

Define "good for you." You can lose weight eating whatever foods you like, just less of them. Shakes aren't necessarily any healthier, depending on what you make them with. Can you reduce what you do eat, and experiment with foods you feel are healthier? What foods do you think you should eat that you don't now? Maybe people can give you some recipe ideas to try out.0 -
I eat maybe 10 things Mac n cheese, hotdogs, steak, chicken, fries, steghttios, pizza, but I do love bananas an strawberrys. Instead of chips I eat that for a snack now an everyone I talk to says I will not loose weight if I keep eating the things I do but I try other foods an I don't like it. I do follow my calorie goal everyday though0

What about veggies? Try roasting them in olive oil and balsamic vinegar. It gives them a sweet and tangy taste that is very nice. Steak and chicken are great sources of protein, the hotdog is more of a sodium bomb (depending on brand, if high blood pressure, peripheral edema, or cardiac disorders aren't an issue, then you don't need to worry about sodium as much). Pizza can have a nice macro balance, depending on what you have on it. When you log your day, how does it balance out for your protein, fats, and carbs? Are you getting enough vitamins and minerals such as iron? You certainly don't need to give these things up, but look for ways you can have them and improve your nutritional balance. I usually add a spinach, fruit, chia, and protein powder smoothie to increase the things I'm deficient in (iron, fats, protein, fibre). Check out some new recipes to experiment (there are plenty of sites out there).0

I have probably eaten all those things at least once in the last 2 weeks. As long as you stay in goal you will lose weight but, try to balance it out. I have lost 40 lbs in the last year.0 -

Awesome! Have fun with it. Depending on your goals, it can be a long process. Your tastes will change over time. There are things I enjoy eating now that I would have never touched in the past!0 -

If you are careful with your logging and meet your goal, you will lose weight, even if those are the only foods you eat.
But it might be good to keep trying new foods a little at a time so you can keep things interesting and make sure you are getting enough vitamins and minerals. It's normal not to like new foods even after trying them several times. About 8-10 exposures to a particular food might be required to start to like it.
Pizza and mac and cheese are delicious, but I would only get a few small servings before running out of calories for the day and then be starving at bedtime every night.
Good luck!0 -

Protein shakes can help, but watch the type that you buy.0
