Hi from Mexico!

Hi, I've just started trying to lose weight. I've been at it for about two weeks. I've already lost a few pounds, but at first, I didn't check the scale much because that's not always the best way to motivate myself, in my opinion. But now that I've been working on improving what I eat, I feel ready to look at the scale regularly. My goal is to lose 50 pounds. I have two main reasons. I would just love to know what I look like at nice, healthy weight. That's reason number one. My second reason is that I have recently begun participating in a style of Latin dance. I would love to be able to dance the fast songs more easily. I look forward to participating in this community!
